2. Services Description

PredictPro Elite provides football prediction and analysis services. Our predictions are based on statistical analysis and expert insights but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

4.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our subscription prices at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in fees.

5. Content Guidelines

Users agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses
• Any gambling losses incurred from following our predictions

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
